Kali graduated from the University of Bristol in 2006. She then undertook general professional training with a year in general practice followed by 2 years as a Senior House Officer in Restorative Dentistry & Paediatric Dentistry. During this time, she was awarded the gold medal for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh MFDS examination.

She then started as a Specialist Registrar in Restorative Dentistry at The Royal London Dental Hospital. Eight years later with 2 children and a Masters in Endodontic Practice under her belt she was successfully awarded the Fellowship in Dental Surgery with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in Restorative Dentistry & completed her training. She is now working as a Consultant in Restorative Dentistry at The Royal London Dental Hospital.
